All members engaged in medical mission trips are eligible to apply for the ISMA's Medical Mission Sponsorship of up to $5,000. 

Applicants must obtain the endorsement of their county medical society or ISMA Alliance to be considered. One sponsorship will be awarded in a random drawing. To apply, write to your county medical society or county alliance.

Please include:

• Your name, address, email and phone number(s)
• Dates and location of the proposed trip
• Information about other sponsors and/or mission coordinators
• Appropriate documentation, including expense details
