The second annual ISMA Physician Wellness Symposium is next Friday! Get a sneak preview of keynote speaker Corey Martin, MD’s, talk on physician burnout on the ISMA podcast “
The Clinic.” Attendees will learn practical tools, expert insights, and supportive strategies to help build resilience, find balance, and reconnect with the inspiration and purpose of medicine.
Chair massages, service dogs from Paws and Think, and other guest exhibitors will be on-site to help facilitate relaxation and enjoyment.
The event takes place on Friday, Sept. 26, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Embassy Suites in Noblesville, on the opening day of the ISMA Convention. The registration link below will close on Sept. 23 at 11:59 p.m. ET and is for the wellness symposium only.
Registrants must sign up for the Physician Wellness Symposium and the ISMA 176th Annual Convention separately.
Announced speakers include Richard Gunderman, MD, PhD, ISMA Physician Wellness Steering Committee Chair; Corey Martin, MD, Founder, Innovations in Resilience and the Bounce Back Project; and Marie Brown, MD, Director, Practice Redesign for AMA, along with ISMA Physician Assistance Program personnel, who will lead a panel discussion.
