Tricia Hern, MD Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs and Physician Development, Community Health Network

Tricia Hern, MD, will be joining the panel discussion at the Physician Wellness Symposium in place of Indiana Hospital Association Board Chair Jim Callaghan, MD. She will join Indiana Hospital Association President Scott Tittle, JD. The two will team up at the end of the day for a panel discussion, “Building a Thriving Physician Workforce: Leadership, Strategy, and Well-Being in a Changing Healthcare Landscape.”

Dr. Hern is the Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs and Physician Development at Community Health Network. She created and leads a 12-month Leadership Academy for the system’s medical directors, APP leaders, and their operational partners, currently in its 11th and 12th cohorts, which has trained 300+ leaders since 2017.  Dr. Hern co-founded the Center for Physician Well-Being & Professional Development at Community Health Network alongside the Chief Wellness Officer.
