FCC offers grants to enable telehealth in rural areas
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has created a $200 million COVID-19 telehealth program that provides grants to physicians and allied health care providers to purchase telecommunications, information systems and connected devices necessary to providing telehealth services. The grants are intended for sites in rural areas, which includes at least portions of nearly all Indiana counties.

Applicants must obtain a determination of eligibility from the Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) for each site they would like to include in their application. For more information, visit the USAC Eligibility Website and the FCC FAQ page.
