BR202209 – Documentation signature requirements, best practices; noncovered procedure codes added to Professional Fee Schedule. 

BT202215 – Temporary COVID-19 policy changes rescinded.

BT202218 – More COVID-19 codes for ages 5-11 covered.

BT202219 – Managed care entities chosen for HIP, Hoosier Healthwise.
