Are you concerned about allowing midlevel care team members to practice independently of physicians? What should Indiana’s policy be on public health and reproductive health issues? Are you interested in addressing racial disparities in health care and outcomes? Is your practice being impacted by noncompete contracts, surprise billing, telehealth or insurers’ denial of payment?
For the next two weeks, until Aug. 15, you can make your voice heard on any or all of these issues – and more – by giving feedback on resolutions submitted by ISMA members. Those that are adopted by our House of Delegates (HOD) in September will help determine ISMA’s legislative agenda for 2022.
With a quick click on our new digital platform, ISMA Pulse, you can indicate whether you support a resolution or don’t support it. If you want it to be amended or to leave a longer comment, you can do that, too. Your input will then be used by reference committees to develop preliminary recommendations for the HOD, and you will have a chance to comment on those.
ISMA Pulse is easy to use! To get started, go to
www.ismapulse.com and log in with your ISMA username and password. You’ll find details on the resolution process and how-to videos that show you what to do. Or, go directly to the
Support page.
Please note: To maintain transparency:
- You may leave feedback on a resolution only once, and comments cannot be changed once they are submitted.
- Your name will appear with any written comments you submit.
