All female ISMA members are invited to attend the annual Women in Medicine (WIM) retreat on Jan. 30-31 at the Hotel Carmichael in Carmel. Jane Bridges, MD; Laurel Fick, MD; and Erica Howe, MD, will speak at the two-day event. 

This comprehensive program brings together powerful concepts to help physicians and medical students thrive in both their personal lives and professional careers. It addresses the intersection of emotional intelligence, identity formation, and change management, offering participants tools and insights to navigate challenges and transitions with confidence.
