The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) has announced temporary changes to the presumptive eligibility (PE) application process.

Effective immediately, the IHCP will no longer accept PE applications via telephone. Qualified providers (QPs) must complete the PE application on the IHCP Provider Healthcare Portal as directed by the Presumptive Eligibility provider reference module.
