Thank you to everyone who responded to the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) survey about their infection-control training needs. The responses will help IDOH plan for future support of frontline health care professionals across the state. If you have not yet completed the survey, IDOH would still like to hear from you!

All responses are anonymous, and only the research team at the University of Indianapolis will see the individual responses. No identifying information will be collected or used in reporting overall survey results to IDOH.
