ISMA appreciates those who completed our online strategic planning survey, which closed today. More than 430 surveys were completed, and respondents included members who are practicing physicians, retired physicians, residents and medical students, as well as some nonmember physicians. 

Question topics included trends affecting physicians, changes necessary to make Indiana the best state in which to practice medicine and the best state in which a patient could receive care, and how we will know whether ISMA is successful as an association.

Your insights will be invaluable as the Board of Trustees begins the 2022 strategic planning process and sets the direction for ISMA for years to come. A more detailed report of the findings will be shared in the future.
