Medicare administrative contractor seeks customer feedback
WPS Government Health Administrators (WPS GHA), the Medicare administrative contractor (MAC) for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in Jurisdictions 5 and 8, is asking customers to complete a survey and share their positive and negative experiences with the company.

Carol Hoppe, CPC, CCS-P, AAPC, health care consultant at MedLucid Solutions, has requested that ISMA share the following message with members on behalf of WPS GHA:

Conducting a survey is an unbiased approach to decision making. CMS requires that all MACs use Qualtrics to capture feedback on their customers’ experience. WPS GHA uses the Qualtrics Digital Experience Survey to collect unbiased survey data. We then develop sensible decisions based on analyzed results. This allows us to address the most important topics. It also avoids use of time and resources on areas of little or no concern.

Your feedback matters to us. Survey responses often identify dislikes. It's also important for survey respondents to share their likes. We want to recognize where there is a need for change for the better. We also want to emulate what is positive.

The persistent feedback tab is one mode WPS GHA uses to engage provider feedback. With this feature, you can leave feedback on your experience from any page on our website. Simply follow the prompting questions and submit. The second mode is a feedback tool that presents as a survey popover. This will occur through random sampling and may not always prompt you for feedback.

Your voice motivates us. We want you to directly contribute to a positive experience with your MAC and with the WPS GHA portal. Please choose to participate in the Qualtrics Digital Experience Survey to provide insight on your WPS GHA experience. Equally important, is your feedback on how you use the WPS GHA portal and how it can better suit your needs.
