Director of Policy and Government Affairs Doug Boyle has been named the ISMA team member of the quarter. He was recognized for his efforts to oversee the resolution process, including managing the ISMA Pulse commenting platform and working with the reference committees. Boyle began his position as ISMA’s director of policy and government affairs on March 4, and works with Vice President of Government Affairs John Ruckelshaus. He joined ISMA after three years as the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency’s director of legislative affairs and communications. He previously served with the Indiana Workers Compensation Board and as director of the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission.
