Winterlights presented by Bank of America will be at Newfields starting on Friday, Nov. 21 through Sunday, Jan. 4. Nearly two million lights will dazzle and delight during the ninth annual holiday tradition in The Garden.
The undeniable display of wintertime wonder extends inside the historic Lilly House with whimsical Dickens Villages, sweetly scented gingerbread, and a sprinkle of holiday delight at Styled for the Season presented by LINNEA.
Hearts and hands will be warmed by crackling firepits at the Culinary Campsite at Garden Terrace. Satisfy the holiday sweet cravings with s’more kits and giant chocolate chip cookies. Get in the holiday spirit—cocoa and ciders can be spiked with a shot from Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey or peppermint vodka. Or enjoy a Winterlights-inspired Electric Reindeer brew from Sun King Brewing Co., or a spiced plum cider from Ash & Elm Cider Co.

Christmas is back at the Indianapolis Zoo presented by Indiana Members Credit Union. The event will begin Saturday, Nov. 22, through Sunday, Jan. 4. Sip hot cocoa and stroll through twinkling lights. Visit scampering red pandas, playful penguins, whiskered walrus and the graceful arctic fox. And, of course, visit Santa, Mrs. Claus and the elves at Santa’s Magic Cottage.
The Zoo is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
