Indiana Family & Social Services Administration (FSSA) released its quarterly financial report early this week. The ISMA government relations team attended the meeting that also included Medicaid Advisory Committee (MAC) members, where it was stated on a slide that physicians will be reimbursed at 75 percent of the Medicare reimbursement rate for HIP. Current state law requires payment at 100% of Medicare rates. A team is working with FSSA to better understand the reimbursement model and will send updates when available.
