Volunteer to relieve front-line health care workers
The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) is asking physicians, medical students and other health care workers interested in volunteering to relieve those on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic to complete the survey at the link below.

State Health Commissioner Kristina Box, MD, said yesterday that 14,000 health care volunteers and 382 medical students have already signed up for the registry, and 4,000 have been matched to requests for personnel from health care systems.

The registry is open to health care personnel who are willing to volunteer or work above and beyond their current hours or employment (including those who are unemployed, retired, or currently employed but can work additional hours)

A new FAQ document is also available. It includes information on the process for becoming part of the volunteer and student reserve health care workforce, completing the survey and updating responses to the survey.
