The team offers education bundles; “Rapid Risk Review” an educational podcast; and other resources. The team has the Annual Baseline Self-Assessment (ABSA). This tool is a brief survey that can be completed by the entire healthcare team, physicians included, in just a few minutes. This survey helps not only provide analysis to benchmark a practice to other similar practices but also shows where a practice is doing well and where it can improve.
