Put on your white coat and join us at the Indiana Statehouse in Indianapolis for a day of advocacy on behalf of your profession and patients! There will be opportunities to network with your colleagues, to meet with legislators, and advocate for the practice of medicine. ISMA will provide lunch and all the materials you need to be a strong advocate.

IF YOU ARE NOT A CURRENT ISMA MEMBER, AND WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW ON HOW TO SETUP A USER PROFILE/ACCOUNT AND REGISTER:

• To set up a user profile, please go to the ISMA website at www.ismanet.org; click on “Sign In” at the top right corner of the

          web page.

• A new window will pop up prompting you to sign in.  If you do not yet have a profile/account, click on “Create an Account.”

• The system will prompt you to search for your name to ensure you don’t have an existing account (so that one is not duplicated).

• If your name is not found, click the “Next” button.

• Click the “Create Account” button.

• From there, follow the steps listed as prompted to create your user profile/account. There are key information fields required, which will be identified by a RED asterisk (*).  When done, click the “Finish” button to proceed for event registration.
