Program description:

This webinar will explain Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) changes for 2021 in areas other than evaluation and management (E/M). Relative value unit (RVU) changes will be covered, as well as how the 2021 changes could impact reimbursement, documentation and other aspects of medical practices.

Objectives:

At the end of this webinar, attendees will be able to:

  • Identify areas of CPT changes for 2021, especially in areas with the most changes.
  • Recognize the impact of the changes being made to RVU revaluations and specificity.
  • Discuss the impact of the changes on physician documentation requirement.

About the speaker:

Chandra Stephenson has over 17 years of professional experience in the health care industry, specializing in physician practice operations; Medicare billing and reimbursement; CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and ICD-10-PCS coding; risk adjustment; regulatory compliance; documentation improvement; and business operations. She has extensive experience in coding; education and operations; working with clients on clinical coding, charge capture, billing, auditing, compliance, and practice management-related projects; designing and implementing education and training programs; and establishing internal monitoring and tracking systems.
