The 2023 District 13 Annual Meeting will be held in person at Carnegie Library, 122 N Hill St. Mishawaka, Ind, 2nd floor. The program will include remarks by ISMA staff, and local legislators have been invited to attend.
Following the program, elections will be held for the offices of district president and alternate trustee. All nominations and voting will take place at the in-person meeting; there will be no online election activities this year.
To attend, you are required to register for the meeting using your ISMA login and password.
- If you do not know your username or password or need to create an account, contact Vicki Riley.
- Once you have signed in, scroll down the event registration webpage and click the “Register Myself” button. If you would like to invite a physician colleague, click the "Add Guest" button. This takes you to the checkout webpage.
- On the checkout webpage, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. This takes you to your shopping cart. Review your cart, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Submit Order” button.
- Submitting your order takes you to your Order Confirmation webpage with details of your order. You can bookmark or print this page for your records.
After you register, you will receive a confirmation email.
