2019 ISMA Candidates

Officers elected each year at the annual House of Delegates include the ISMA president, president-elect, speaker, vice speaker, treasurer and assistant treasurer. Delegates and alternate delegates to the AMA serve two-year terms and are elected on a staggered basis. To be eligible for ISMA officer or AMA delegation positions, a candidate must have been an active member of ISMA for the preceding two years.

Candidates may declare their intent to run for office any time before elections are held at the ISMA convention, by submitting a Declaration of Candidacy form. Only candidates who have submitted this form will be announced in ISMA Reports and on the ISMA website.

Nominations for officers may be made at any session of the House of Delegates, so that nominations remain open until elections occur on the last day of the annual convention. Officers are elected annually and serve until their successor is elected and installed.

Candidates may still file to run by completing the candidate form >>
