Women in Medicine (Saturday)   
The Women in Medicine event gathers leading female physicians to discuss current issues in the medical profession. This networking opportunity focuses on professional development, mentoring and advocacy and also features a guest speaker. 

President’s Night Dinner/Celebration (Saturday) 
This evening event honors the ISMA president. It’s a relaxing social time focused on fellowship with physicians and their guests.

Your company logo will be featured on lanyards holding participant name badges for the weekend.

House of Delegates Closing Session (Sunday)
Your company is spotlighted as the delegates enjoy continental breakfast before the final working session of the convention.

Attendees will see your company name/logo with the essential convention materials utilized throughout the weekend, and for future reference. 

Convention Registration Desk
This is the first stop for all attendees. Your product or service will be visible on signage as delegates arrive.

Electronic devices allow delegates to vote quickly and efficiently.

Saturday President's Night Centerpieces 
Ten centerpieces during President’s Night will highlight your product or service, with signage bearing your company name and an announcement of your sponsorship.

Extend your reach by advertising in the convention program. Convention-goers use their programs all weekend, referring to maps, schedules and agendas. Put your message in their hands with a full- or half-page advertisement in full color.
