Hollie Willard recently joined ISMA as an administrative assistant with the Membership and Marketing and Government Relations teams.

Before joining ISMA, Hollie was an asset management group leader providing quality assurance, database tracking and client services with Eli Lilly and Co. contractor Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions. She also worked as an asset management specialist for Eurofins and previously held positions with Approved Mortgage, Distance Learning Systems and Express Scripts. 

“I was drawn to ISMA because I want to be a small part of change that I can directly see,” Hollie said. “Health care affects everyone, and to be involved in some part of that is really wonderful.”

She attended the University of Southern Indiana and completed her associate degree in business administration at IVY Tech Community College in Indianapolis. A native of Goshen, Hollie lives in Pittsboro. She and her husband are in the process of adopting a child from Burkina Faso in Africa.
