Sign up now to reserve your spot at ISMA’s 2023 Women in Medicine (WIM) Annual Retreat. After a two-year hiatus, all women physicians and medical students in Indiana are invited to gather Saturday, Feb. 25, at the luxurious Bottleworks Hotel in Indianapolis for a CME workshop. And, WIM’s Virtual Discussion Forum on Dec. 20 will be a holiday celebration.

WIM Annual Retreat
This event is open to all women medical students and physicians in Indiana, including nonmembers. The art deco Bottleworks Hotel includes a spa and is located downtown in a vibrant commercial and nightlife district, for your enjoyment throughout the weekend.

Some details are still being finalized, including our presenter, but the workshop topic will be “Women in Leadership and Governance Roles.” 

Registration is $200 for physician members, $300 for nonmember physicians, and $100 for medical students and residents, which covers Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner; the CME workshop; and a reception. To join us for a small, informal group dinner on Friday, please indicate your interest during registration. 

A room block has been reserved for Friday, Feb. 24, and Saturday, Feb. 25 at a special rate of $239 per night (plus tax); rooms will be released to the public after Jan. 25.

WIM Virtual Holiday Celebration
The ISMA Women in Medicine Virtual Discussion Forum has met monthly this year after the 2022 annual retreat was canceled. The final virtual get-together for women physician and student members of ISMA will be a fun and festive holiday celebration on Dec. 20.
