The first cohort of the ISMA Physician Leadership Program begins soon, on Nov. 22. We’re excited to provide physicians with the training they need to thrive in today’s changing medical practice environment!

Each of the two cohorts is led by faculty from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at IUPUI and includes two in-person sessions at ISMA headquarters and three interactive online sessions. Participants will learn how to be more self-aware and to present as a transformational leader; build resilience in the face of high expectations and demands on leaders; and understand how leadership sets and influences the culture of an organization.
