Free coronavirus testing encouraged for some Hoosiers
The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) is encouraging anyone who has  symptoms of COVID-19 or who has been exposed, as well as those who need a test before they can return to work, to visit a state-sponsored testing site for free testing with a physician’s order.

ISMA is also encouraging Hoosiers to get tested if they:
  • Have no symptoms but are at high risk because they are older than 65.
  • Have diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure or another underlying condition.
  • Are pregnant.
  • Live with a high-risk individual.
  • Are a member of a minority population that is at greater risk for severe illness.

To facilitate testing, ISDH is also hosting four drive-through clinics through Saturday in Shelbyville, Wheatfield, Brazil and Hammond. Each clinic will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the addresses below:
