ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This three-month course, for physicians only, was established to help develop valuable skills essential to leaders in the emerging physician-led, team-based health care environment.
The Physician Leadership Program is designed to:
- Increase self-awareness and recognition of how to present as a transformational leader.
- Build resilience in the face of high expectations and demands on leaders.
- Understand how leadership sets and influences the culture of an organization.
Two cohorts are being offered for your convenience. Each cohort is limited to 20 physicians and participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
