Physician Assistance Program
The ISMA Physician Assistance Program (ISMA PAP) addresses the needs of physicians impaired by chemical dependence, psychiatric disorders, physical disability as well as the disruptive physician.
Title 844 of the Indiana Administrative Code allows substance abusing and/or psychiatrically impaired physicians to obtain help confidentially, providing they follow the guidelines.
