May be terminated by either party without cause. If provider is a PMP, but provide 90 days’ written notice. If not a PMP, then 120 days.

MHS
Either party may terminate without cause with at least 90 days prior written notice. (§ 8.9) PMP may terminate agreement without cause with at least 90 days prior written notice, unless PMP or group of which PMP is a part provides 30% or more of the covered services received by assigned state covered persons, then the PMP must give at least 120 days prior written notice.

Anthem
Either party may terminate without cause with one hundred twenty (120) calendar days advance written notice to the other party. If provider is a designated Primary Medical Provider (PMP), Provider may terminate without cause upon ninety (90) calendar days prior written notice to Anthem.
