E-Reports correction – Costs for interpreters

The ISMA received verbal confirmation from MDwise that the MCO does provide interpretive services
for deaf patients. Yesterday's e-Reports incorrectly stated that MDwise did not provide interpreters. Contact your delivery system provider relation's staff for more information.

Also, processes for obtaining interpreters and other issues will be discussed during ISMA's
