The ISMA thanks those members who have provided information about their experiences with Anthem. Many of you have told us about your problems with claims processing and reimbursement with Wellpoint/Anthem.
ISMA staff is continuing to review open and closed cases of complaints against Anthem with the Indiana Department of Insurance (IDOI). Upon completion of this research, the ISMA will communicate its findings with Anthem to assure member concerns are addressed and steps are being taken to resolve the disputes.
