ISMA’s partner vendor, athenahealth, has earned top ranking in customer satisfaction among ambulatory software products.

The ranking was done by KLAS, an independent research firm specializing in monitoring and reporting on the performance of health care vendors.

For the ranking process, KLAS surveyed hospital and clinic executives, administrators, physicians, nurses and others responsible for health information technology.

athenahealth provides physician practices Internet-based services requiring only a PC and an Internet connection to receive integrated services for practice management/billing and electronic health records (EHRs).
