Doctor-legislators express health care concerns in statewide forums

U.S. Rep. Larry Bucshon, M.D., R-Newburgh, a cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon (left), and State Rep. Tim Brown, M.D., R-Crawfordsville (right), an emergency room physician, answer questions at the Indiana Statehouse, during a listening tour around the state. Their Hoosier Healthcare Tour included 11 meetings in nine cities.

The state’s two highest ranking doctors in government teamed up to present federal and state perspectives on health care in Indiana.
