If you and your staff suffer the frustration of handling denials and issues with unpaid claims, you should know the AMA has resources and tools to assist you. You also should consider fighting back by enrolling in the "Heal that Claim" ™ campaign.

During November, practices nationwide are implementing practice efficiencies to help them submit claims that are timely and accurate – the first time. Free practice management alerts from the AMA are providing them details about unfair payer practices and ways to address them, as well as updates on new resources and tools for practice improvements.

When you pledge to take part in the campaign you also commit to share your claims stories in an online community of other physicians and their staff members.

Get started by viewing an online webinar on the AMA website.
