ISMA past president named to AMPAC Board

The AMA Board of Trustees recently appointed Vidya Kora, M.D., ISMA past president and former speaker of the ISMA House of Delegates, to serve on the AMPAC Board of Directors. Dr. Kora, an internal medicine physician with the Franklin Clinic in Michigan City, will begin his tenure with the AMA Political Action Committee Dec. 1.

In 2011, AMPAC will mark 50 years, making it the oldest non-union political action committee in the U.S.
