Six Indiana health centers awarded $4.2 million in federal funding

Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia M. Burwell announced $101 million in Affordable Care Act funding for 164 health center sites, six of them in Indiana. To increase access to health care services, the funding for Indiana alone is approximately $4,191,668.

Nearly 23 health centers operate more than 139 service delivery sites in our state, providing preventive and primary care services to approximately 364,112 patients.
