August 20 is fast approaching. That’s when Indiana Medicare Part B will transition from National Government Services (NGS) to a new administrative contractor, WPS. (See the announcement in the June 11 issue.)
WPS has resources to ensure that you are ready for this transition.
- Visit the WPS website for a variety of information including an Implementation Checklist for Indiana Part B.
- Attend an educational webinar or participate in a teleconference to gather important transition-related details. Revisit the schedule here since other events may be added.
- Call the Implementation Hotline if you still have unanswered questions; it’s available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET at (866) 842-3602.
