Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) wants to alert you about a new round of surveys for Medicaid providers, which began May 8, to gauge readiness for ICD-10-CM.

Information you provide will help identify issues you and others are experiencing with the federal mandated transition to ICD-10.

Find the first ICD-10 IHCP Provider Readiness Survey in the News and Announcement section on the home page of the Indiana Medicaid website. This round of surveys, available for completion until May 22, will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Who should complete it?
The individual in your organization responsible for planning, implementing and/or managing the transition from ICD-9 to ICD-10 codes should complete the survey. Assistance from others within your organization may also be helpful.
