Thank you to ISMA members who agreed to share their knowledge of the Plank malpractice case in an Internet survey. In recent issues, ISMA Reports has been informing you about this case that is challenging Indiana’s cap on malpractice awards. See the April 2, 2012, issue on the ISMA website.

The threat to our 37-year-old law is real and oral arguments are set to begin later this week. The ISMA is seeking to understand members’ awareness of the case and the ISMA’s role in protecting the law.
