In March or April, you’ll be invited via your email to take part in a huge survey – more than 650,000 physicians – compiling data for a “state of the union” report about the medical profession. You’ll get to provide feedback about your own community and about the needs of patients in your area.

The nonprofit Physicians Foundation, in collaboration with Merritt Hawkins, will share Indiana-specific data with the ISMA so we can report the information back to you.
