Understanding what drives patient satisfaction can give you a competitive advantage. Satisfied patients are more likely to come back and provide positive word of mouth.

ISMA’s patient satisfaction survey, “How Are We Doing?” is a simple, inexpensive tool to help you evaluate services and improve patient/physician communication. The survey asks 13 questions concerning:

  • Phone etiquette
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Office hours and environment
  • Facility accessibility and convenience
  • Office wait time
  • Communication with the doctor
