Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) asked the ISMA to alert you about a survey, which starts Nov. 8, to gauge readiness for ICD-10 implementation. Information you provide will help identify issues you and other Medicaid providers are having complying with the federal mandate to transition to ICD-10.

Find the first ICD-10 IHCP Provider Readiness Survey on the IHCP Provider website in the News and Announcement section on the home page of the Indiana medicaid website. The survey will be available for completion from Tuesday, Nov. 8, through close of business on Monday, Nov. 21, 2011.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Who should complete this survey?
The individual in your organization responsible for planning, implementing and/or managing the transition from ICD-9 codes to the ICD-10 codes should complete the survey. Given the scope of the survey, assistance from others within your organization may also be helpful.
