Tom Lux has joined the ISMA Membership Development Department as field representative for central and southern Indiana.

An Indianapolis native, Lux graduated from Brebeuf High School and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Xavier University in Cincinnati. He has experience in substance abuse counseling, non-profit fundraising, corporate sales and account management. Most recently, Lux worked for the Indiana Mental Health Association as program director of the ReThink Tobacco Program.

Lux and his wife, Donata, have three grown sons and three granddaughters.
