Only a few weeks remain to apply for the ISMA’s Medical Mission Scholarship.
The stipend of up to $3,000 can help you defray costs of trips taken after Sept. 1, 2011, and any time during 2012.
Application letters should be forwarded to the ISMA and include:
- Your name, address, email and phone number(s)
- Dates and location of proposed trip
- Information about other sponsors and/or mission coordinators
- Appropriate documentation, including expense details
The deadline is Nov. 1. A recipient will be selected by random drawing and must obtain the endorsement of their county medical society or Alliance to be considered.
