If you are attending ISMA’s convention in September, share your thoughts and interact with your colleagues by simply using your smartphone.
The ISMA is launching the hashtag #ismaconv for Twitter updates. When you enter #ismaconv into the search bar, you will see a complete list of that hashtag and comments surrounding it; then add your own.
Not attending convention? You still can search #ismaconv to see what colleagues are discussing at convention.
Twitter.com is a service allowing users to sign up for a free profile to permit sending 140-character messages called “tweets.”
A hashtag is a # sign followed by one or two words explaining a tweet’s content. The hashtag offers an easy way to find tweets relevant to you. If you want your tweets viewed by physicians at convention, set your privacy to “unprotected” until convention ends.
