Red CarnationSince 1933, March 30 has been set aside to honor physicians throughout the country who carry on the quiet work of healing every day. However in 1990, the observance became official with approval of the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives.

On this special day, the ISMA pays tribute to all its members for being positive role models in their communities and for their strong commitment to caring and advocating for all patients.

To physicians across our state, thank you for your skill, your service and your compassion.
