BILL: SB 305 – Controlled Substances

STATUS: The governor signed the bill into law on March 3.
SB 305 adds certain controlled substances to the list of schedule I, schedule II, schedule III, schedule IV and schedule V controlled substances so that the state-controlled substances list matches that of the federal government.
