THIS WEEK: SB 28 passed the House 98-0 and was returned to the Senate. The author must decide whether to concur with the House amendments or dissent and send the bill to a conference committee.
The bill establishes reduced ignition propensity standards for cigarettes and provides certification fees and penalties.
