ISMA Annual Payer Forum
The forum is designed for all office staff, but particularly those who deal with billing and coding issues involving commercial payers. Indiana representatives from six large commercial payers will be in attendance.
Staff members can learn of current changes with these payers as well as system and billing issues, payment resolution processes, methods for contacting provider representatives and working with enrollment areas.
Please come prepared to present your current problems and receive answers to handle them. Each payer representative will be present for the entire day, allowing time to talk with you on a one-to-one basis. Don't let this opportunity to learn from commercial payers fall under your radar!
