What is it?
To better serve its membership, the ISMA created a hotline ISMA members can call for CPT, HCPCS, and ICD9 coding issues.
Does it cost anything?
All ISMA members receive three free inquiries each month. After the third inquiry within a given month, the cost is $25 per inquiry, with a maximum charge of $100 per year.
What do I have to do?
Call, fax or e-mail questions to the ISMA at (800) 257-4762 and ask for Sandy Distler or fax questions to (317) 261-2227.
This service is only available to ISMA members.
Non-members in the same practice may receive access to the coding hotline for a prepaid fee of $120 per month for three questions.
