The Indiana State Medical Association Insurance Agency (ISMAIA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Indiana State Medical Association, offers physicians, their families and their practices insurance products. This includes ISMA-sponsored medical and dental insurance plans through Anthem, specifically designed for ISMA members and their spouses, to provide better-than-market benefits at an affordable cost for all.
